Activities in the Military Area at Sarab...

At present, more military areas within Saraburi have been organised as tourist attractions. Each part of the area provides interesting activities for tourists, including those interested in visiting the place and participating in the activities. The popular military tourism activities are mountain biking, mountain climbing, trekking, etc. Each force offers different activities providing beneficial knowledge for tourists.

Interesting attractions inside the Cavalry Centre, Adisorn Camp, Mittraphap Road, Pak Phriao Sub-district, Mueang District, are as follows:

- Cavalry Museum is open during official hours from 8.30 a.m. – 4.00 p.m., Saturday – Sunday and public holidays from 9.00 a.m. – 3.00 p.m. For more information, contact Tel. 0 3621 2058-9 Ext: 64232.

- Horse Riding for Tourism is divided into the demonstration of horse riding, the basic programme of horse riding and domestic horse riding. - Battle Crafts in the Past (Ancient Tanks) is open to visit and try, as well as, take photos within the tank. It is open during official hours. For more information, contact Tel. 0 3621 2058-9 Ext: 64309.

- Adisorn Camp Shooting Range is open daily from 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. For more information, contact Tel. 0 3621 3023.

- Various Military Activities to choose from include trekking, camping, walk-rally, mind test, and rock climbing. For more information, contact Tel. 0 3621 2547.

- Queen Sirikit Health Park is open daily from 6.00 a.m. – 7.30 p.m. For more information, contact Tel. 0 3621 2547.
